Bruce Olson has over 30 years experience in Sales and Management in the Packaging industry and has been an advocate of environmental products to solve packaging problems. Mr. Olson has been an active member of local packaging organizations, including serving as a Board Member, Committee Chair and President of Rochester Area Packaging Association.

Richard Flanagan, Vice President of Package Design and Engineering. Mr. Flanagan is a graduate of the RIT Packaging Science Department and is well-known for his creativity in designs. He has had involvement with the Institute of Packaging Professionals (IOPP) as well as a member of the Industrial Board of Directors for the Packaging Science Department at RIT.

Robert R. Dalton, Account Executive, is a graduate of Aquinas Institute and later St. John Fisher College where he received a Bachelors Degree in Business. He has been in the "Industrial Packaging Industry" for 30 years starting his career in flexible packaging, with extensive training in plastic and paper, both in materials and structures. He has spent the last several years in the molding and specialty conversion business with extensive knowledge of products which included thermoformed plastics, molded eps, corrugated, foam, and pressure sensitive adhesives.

His new responsibilities are spearheading the sales for PreCon Thermoforming through his own personal efforts along with training and working with other representatives for the Company. Bob's broad- based knowledge and experience with formed plastics, varied packaging materials, processes and equipment and how they all come together to ultimately solve the "Customer's" problems are an added asset to PreCon's Team.
